Heidi Montag graces the cover of the September issue of Playboy and admits the men's magazine provided inspiration when it came to her 2007 plastic surgery.
"When I was shopping for my boobs, I wanted the best, so I sat down and flipped through a bunch of Playboys," Montag, who also had a nose job, tells the magazine in an interview conducted by her husband, Spencer Pratt.
The star of "The Hills," 22, who married costar Pratt, 25, in April, says she's not done making changes to her body. "I plan to get a few more upgrades ... I’m sure as I get older I’ll need some touch-ups," she says.
Adds the newlywed, "I think I want to go bigger on my boobs for [Spencer]."
For his part, her husband has no complaint's about his wife's current shape: "I wanted to shut down production after every outfit change [at the photo shoot] so I could enjoy [Heidi] all to myself."
TV villainsThe couple also open up about season six of "The Hills," which will be the first one that does not star the couple's rival, Lauren Conrad. Montag's feeling about that? "[F]ine with me."
Last season, Pratt admitted he started a rumor that Conrad had made a sex tape and apologized to her, but now he tells the magazine that he lied about being sorry. "I was lying about being apologetic [about spreading sex tape rumors], and I hate lying."
He adds that there was, in fact, a sex tape. "Yes, I facilitated the rumor, but it was true," he says. "Lauren was acting like she was little miss perfect goody two-shoes while [her ex-boyfriend] Jason Wahler was trying to shop the tape. The tape exists!" (Conrad has always maintained there is no tape.)
Pratt says he's "cool with" being branded "America's bad guy," while Montag maintains she has no problem being the brunt of other people's scorn.
"If they aren’t hating on you, then you’re not doing anything right," she says. "If women aren’t jealous of you, talking about you and cutting you down, then you’re a nerd, and I would never want to be that."
