Cameras were on hand to capture every moment surrounding Hugh Hefner’s planned wedding to Crystal Harris, and when the big day turned out to be a bust, those cameras just kept rolling.

So, instead of a wedding special, Lifetime will soon present “Runaway Bride.” As the title suggests, the focus of the program is now about what led Harris to leave Hef all alone. But if a preview clip is any indication, it’s an unexpected reveal about another one of the Playboy founder’s exes that’s set to steal the show when it airs next week.

In this clip, featured on E! News, Hefner speaks to former “Girls Next Door” Kendra Wilkinson and Holly Madison shortly after Harris made her exit.

After telling his old gal pals that he had no idea why Harris left, Hefner offered a surprising aside to Madison.

"The curious thing is, you're connected in a certain way," he told her. "I never thought I'd get married again and wasn't planning on it, but I think I screwed up with us."

Madison looked shocked to hear that confession. And why wouldn’t she be? As any “Girls Next Door” fan knows, Madison never hid the fact that she hoped to be Mrs. Hefner one day.

“Runaway Bride” airs Tuesday at 10 p.m. ET.
