The cover photo for Sarah Palin's new book is a portrait in red, white, blue and gray. The Alaska ex-governor and former Republican vice presidential candidate is photographed in close-up, wearing a gray sweater and American flag pin, which matches her flag bracelet. Her book, "America by Heart: Reflections on Family, Faith and Flag," comes out in November. HarperCollins, which also published Palin's million-selling "Going Rogue," revealed the cover design Thursday.
