The return of "Law & Order: SVU" without Chris Meloni's Det. Elliot Stabler is going to be tough for fans of the show -- and for his partner, Mariska Hargitay's Det. Olivia Benson.

In a new sneak peek video from NBC, Hargitay says that Benson is having a hard time with Benson's absence. "I haven't heard from my partner. He hasn't called me, and I think Olivia is very upside down," she said.

"Yeah, it's kind of strange without him," said Diane Neal, who is returning once again to reprise her role as ADA Casey Novak. "But I think Mariska is beyond capable of carrying the show."
