Could things be getting ugly between Halle Berry and ex Gabriel Aubry?
The model and baby daddy to Berry's 2-year-old daughter, Nahla, has made a suprising move, filing legal documents in L.A. Superior Court asking a judge to officially declare him the father of the little girl.
But why? We all know he's the daddy...

Aubry, who split with Berry long before they announced it last spring, filed his petition for joint physical and legal custody and support back on Dec. 30.
The duo. who have supposedly worked out their bitterness, had up until now left the courts out of their custody arrangement, which had been working just fine. Apparently, Aubry just wanted to protect his rights.
Calls to Berry and Aubry's lawyers were not immediately returned.
For Nahla's sake, let's hope everything remains civil.
