Bodyguard Fernando Flores maintains former boss Britney Spears physically abused her children while he was on the job.

Flores, who’s said to have reported Spears to the Department of Children and Family Services earlier this year, detailed the abuse allegations in a sexual harassment lawsuit soon to be filed against the singer.

One excerpt from the suit, posted to Radar Online, describes a punishment Spears allegedly carried out on eldest son Sean Preston, 4, using Flores’ own belt.

“Defendant Spears immediately ran back towards her house screaming ‘Preston,’” the document revealed. “She entered the residence through two French doors on the north side. Plaintiff exited the pool house, hearing Sean Preston screaming in terror and pain, and saw Defendant Spears at least twice savagely hitting the small child with Plaintiff’s belt. Plaintiff was shocked, horrified and deeply disturbed by the incident.”

In addition to that, excerpts available on TMZ cover Flores’ claim that the singer repeatedly exposed herself to him and that he once heard her “loudly having sexual relations” in a hotel suite while both her children were present.

According to Radar Online, Flores believes the events described in the suit caused him psychological damage.

But Mark Vincent Kaplan, an attorney for Spears' ex-husband Kevin Federline, called the child-abuse claims baseless and motivated by money.

He told the AP that Flores' accusations had been looked into before the suit was filed and warranted no action. "He is satisfied that the allegations are a product of economic motives," Kaplan said. "They are as baseless as they seem."

Federline has custody of the former couple's sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, but Spears has substantial visitation with the boys.

Teresa’s ready to forgive Danielle; Danielle’s still busy bashing
Just as one “Real Housewife” prepares to bury the axe, another one sharpens it.

In an interview with In Touch Weekly, Teresa Giudice admitted she was finally ready to forgive her fellow feuding Jersey girl Danielle Staub. It’s a sentiment Staub doesn’t seem to share.

“Danielle has been digging around my extended family, trying to find dirt on me and defame them, but I want to set the best example for my children,” Giudice said of her decision to put their warring ways behind them. “I just want to move on with my life.”

But it takes two “Real Housewives of New Jersey” to forgive and forget, and if an interview in the upcoming issue of Steppin’ Out is any indication, Staub still enjoys her status as Giudice’s biggest basher.

“(Teresa) needs a hairline revision," Staub said in a random slam. “‘Planet of the Apes’ has nothing on her! She reminds me of Cornelius from ‘Planet of the Apes.’ Could you imagine if her face is that hairy what her body hair must be like?”

Dish on the flyNicole “Snooki” Polizzi has no hard feeling for the judge who called her a “Lindsay Lohan wannabe” before sentencing her to a $500 fine and community service for disturbing Seaside Heights beachgoers in July. In fact, just moments after she exited the courthouse, the “Jersey Shore” star tweeted her thanks to Judge Damian Murray. “Ah never again!” she wrote. “So scary...thank you judge for understanding, I'm very thankful for that! Whew...now I can breathe!” … In related news, Judge Murray shouldn’t expect any thanks from the real LiLo for his bench-side shout-out. The actress’s mother, Dina Lohan, told TMZ, “The family is very disappointed that a judge would say that in a court of law.”
