David Duchovny is out of rehab.

Larry Stein, the lawyer of the “Californication” star tells Access Hollywood the actor has “successfully” completed rehab for sex addiction.

Duchovny is out of the facility, according to Stein and about to start filming a new movie shortly.

The actor, who most recently starred on the big screen in “The X Files: I Want To Believe,” checked himself into a facility over the summer.

“I have voluntarily entered a facility for the treatment of sex addiction,” the actor said in a statement released to Access in August. “I ask for respect and privacy for my wife and children as we deal with this situation as a family.”

Duchovny married actress Téa Leoni in 1997. They have two children, daughter Madelaine West, 9, and son Kyd, 6.
