Does Kate Hudson have a new man?The actress once demonstrated "How to Lose a Man in 10 Days," but now it seems she's gained one — actor/comedian Dax Shepard.The two were first spotted leaving Malibu's Nobu restaurant last month, where Shepard quite literally gave Hudson the shirt off his back.Now the pair are reportedly vacationing together in Ontario, Canada.Shepard has even taught Hudson's son Ryder how to fish on the summer sojourn, according to US Weekly.Hudson was married to Black Crowes frontman Chris Robinson (with whom she has 3-year-old Ryder) until their separation and divorce in 2006. She was romantically linked to her "You, Me and Dupree" co-star, Owen Wilson, until their split in May.Shepard got his breakthrough on the MTV show "Punk'd," and has since gone on to star in "Employee of the Month" and "Zathura."
