Dina Lohan apparently saw Rob Schneider dressing up in drag mocking her daughter's latest arrest on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,” and she isn't happy about it.

Dina released the following statement exclusively to “Access Hollywood”:

“We have a great respect for Jay Leno, but we are disappointed in the path he chose to allow a guest to make light of a very serious situation concerning Lindsay. Thank you to Craig Ferguson for not making a mockery of such a serious situation to which teens and young adults are facing across the country. – Dina and Family”

“Access Hollywood” has reached out to “The Tonight Show” for comment and is awaiting a response. However, it should be noted “The Tonight Show” was not the only late night show to poke fun at Lindsay’s problems.

Schneider has been a last-minute “Tonight Show” fill-in in the past, subbing for the likes of Charlie Sheen and Richard Gere.

In addition, Lindsay's mom expressed empathy towards other families who have had to endure similar situations and said her family will pull together to help Lindsay get through her troubles.

“Our thoughts and prayers go out to all families who have had to see a family member through tough times. This is a very personal and private matter and our only concern is to get Lindsay the help that she needs,” Dina said in a separate statement. “We will get through this together and it will make our family stronger.”

Earlier this week, Lindsay's father Michael spoke to “Access Hollywood's” Billy Bush and said he attributes many of Lindsay's problems to the ongoing family struggles.

“Look, let's be serious. The writing is on the wall. When we were a family, did you see any of this going on? It wasn't until we were torn apart, at the pinnacle of Lindsay's career no less, when people came into the picture did everything fall apart,” Michael said to Billy. “Dina knows what is going on. I know what is going on and it's just got to stop. Enough is enough. I've had it. I really have. I feel the walls that have been put between us is what's causing all of this to happen.”
