The 18-year-old Camp Rock star checked into the rehabilitation facility seeking help after leaving the Jonases' trek in Peru early last October. According to her rep, Lovato felt "overwhelmed" by her busy schedule, which included serving as a supporting act for the brothers, including her ex-boyfriend Joe Jonas, and making the publicity rounds for Camp Rock 2 among other commitments.

During her stint in treatment, the actress-singer was allowed out of the center over Christmas and was spotted in public once with her family, but otherwise kept to the facility's regimen and even skipped picking up two People's Choice Awards.

No word when she'll return to work on season three the Disney Channel's Sonny With a Chance.
