At this rate, the only safe haven for Glee stars will be on the cover of Cat Fancy.

In any case, Lea Michele is no doubt getting a feeling of dj vu, as, for the second time in the past few months, a magazine cover featuring what some have deemed a provocatively-dressed Glee star is under attack.

So what's the provocative pose this time? Suggestive lollipop lick ? Naughty schoolgirl attire? Implied mnage a trois ?

Nope, been there, done that. This time around, the culprit is...a low-cut top! The horror!

The 24-year-old TV star ( and Super Bowl crooner!) dons a nearly belly-button skimming V-neck black top on the cover and that flash of dcolletage is proving way too much for a certain parents group to handle.

Though from a magazine that's known for its sex-centric female content, the outfit seems almost demure.

Fox News dug up a couple high-profile angry moms, one of whom is the titular writer of the blog Mamarazzi Knows Best, who thinks that both the magazine and the alter ego of Rachel Berry are doing a disservice to their impressionable young fans.

"It's irresponsible to be using an adult who represents a minor dressed in provocative clothes," Suzette Valle told Fox (nevermind that she was representing herself, not her minor character on the cover of the decidedly adult-oriented magazine).

"I think Cosmo is now taking advantage of the raucous GQ caused with their Glee cover and hoping to cash in on the press that got."

It's possible. However, extremely unlikely seeing as how the cover was shot months ago and the clothing choices are pretty much par for the skimpy course as far as Cosmo's usual styling is concerned.

As for Hearst, which publishes the lady mag, they seem to be taking the mini scandal in stride and backing their sartorial choices 100 percent. (Michele herself has yet to comment on the controversy.)

"We're thrilled to feature Lea Michele on the March cover of Cosmopolitan magazine and think she looks stunning," a spokeswoman said. "Michele is a grown woman and Cosmopolitan is a magazine for adults."

Make that, non-uptight adults.
