Some actors gain muscle or learn to sing or dance in order to play a role, but Chris Hemsworth had to learn a different kind of skill for his new movie: how to type.
Hemsworth, 31, plays a hacker in his upcoming film, "Blackhat," but the Australian actor confessed that he wasn't a great typist when he was cast for the part.
"I had the hunt-and-peck style of typing, which was pretty aggressive and unappealing," Hemsworth said. "But then [I] had to develop more fluid movements on the keyboard ... It was like being back in math computer science in school."
When Savannah asked about Hemsworth's reign this year as People's Sexiest Man Alive, he admitted to having big plans: I'm "just trying to be sexy."
And "Blackhat" isn't the only release on Hemsworth's plate for 2015. He plays Thor in Marvel's hit "Avengers" franchise, and a new trailer for the latest installment, "Avengers: Age of Ultron," was released Monday night.
Fans can check up on Hemsworth's attempt to stay sexy when "Blackhat" hits theaters on Jan. 16.
