Sheen went face-to-face with Denise Richards in a law office yesterday asking that their daughters Sam and Lola spend weekends with him, a source confirms.
The tiger blood-infused warlock didn't get what he wanted.
While Sheen could take Richards to court to try and change their custody agreement, the source said he's given no indication that he will. "Denise wants Charlie to be healthy," the source said. "She wants the girls to see him, but certain behaviors need to be shut down."
Sheen apparently hasn't seen his daughters in quite some time.
"This is up to Charlie," the source continued. "If he wants to be a dad, he can be. But he has to prove he's healthy and has his life in order."
Reps for Richards and Sheen did not immediately comment.
