Watch out, Zac Efron! Simone Biles has another celebrity superfan, and he's not afraid to totally "geek out" and "freak out" over the gold-medal winning Final Five star.
Channing Tatum confessed his devotion to the Team USA gymnastics great on the Season 14 premiere of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" Tuesday.
In fact, when DeGeneres told Tatum that Biles — who just so happens to be a fan of his, too — would likely be pretty excited about meeting him, he assured her that he would definitely "freak out more."
And who could blame him? Like the rest of us, Tatum was amazed as he watched Biles compete in Rio.
"My theory is that she's so tiny that she has a harder time holding on to the ground than just going up, because, I don't know, she's just always flying away," he said. "I think she's got really strong toes and it helps her hold on to the ground."
He kept the sweetly awkward toes-talk to himself when he came face-to-face with the champ, instead greeting her as a human medal holder. Handy!
While both Biles and Tatum were thrilled with the meeting, they weren't the only ones cheering on Tuesday's show. DeGeneres also invited a group of "Magic Mike" loving nurses who freaked out over Tatum — and the special surprise he gave them.
