2015 could be called the year of Hollywood breakups.

From Ben and Jen to Blake and Miranda, it seemed that celebrity breakups were everywhere this year. Here's a brief roundup of the famous couples who may have cried alone to Adele's new album this year:

1. Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert

Shelton, 39, and Lambert, 31, broke the hearts of country fans everywhere when they announced their divorce in July after four years of marriage.

"This is not the future we envisioned," they said in a statement at the time. "And it is with heavy hearts that we move forward separately."

Since the couple's split, both Shelton and Lambert appear to be doing well. Shelton began dating fellow "The Voice" coach Gwen Stefani.Lambert opened up in an interview with Cosmopolitan, saying: "I had a great relationship with an amazing man, so I know what good is. I have a great launching pad for the future. I will never take that for granted."

2. Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale

One of many summer breakups, Stefani, 46, and Rossdale, 50, announced their split after 13 years of marriage in August. In November, after having confirmed she was dating Shelton, Stefani opened up about the breakup in a radio interview, saying: "I wish that all of this wasn't happening, but at the same time, I feel like it was part of my life journey."

In the same interview, Stefani also said she was grateful to have music as her creative outlet. She released the emotionally raw electrosynth ballad "Used To Love You."
