On this week's episode of Celebrity Apprentice, Nene Leakes stepped up as project manager for Team A.S.A.P. while rapper Lil' Jon led the men of Team Backbone.

So was the women's team finally able to break Team Backbone's winning streak?

Not exactly.

So what went down?

On this episode, Donald Trump's assigned the teams to produce an original 30-second commercial to showcase a new video phone.

Team A.S.A.P. chose to focus their commercial on the "emotional" aspect that the company's execs emphasized, developing a concept of connecting parents to their child in a faraway country.

Meanwhile, Team Backbone chose an edgier idea, putting Jose Canseco in make-up (again) to play a man's surprise lover. (Thankfully, they ditched Canseco's alien-contact idea.)

It wouldn't be Celebrity Apprentice without a little bit of drama in the mix, however.

Team A.S.A.P. continued to have teamwork problems, and at one point it seemed Leakes, Star Jones and Marlee Matlin were the only ones working to accomplish their task, while the others, like timekeeper La Toya Jackson, took a back seat.

And of course, Dionne Warwick's claws came out yet again.

"Let me do this. This is my task. Thank you, very much," Warwick snapped when an exec questioned her about her set design skills for the commercial.

However, she didn't feel that editing the commercial was her task, so she promptly headed home with a "Ciao" as her other team members stayed up to finish the piece.

On the men's team, tension continued to flare between Gary Busey and Meat Loaf, who complained that the "frazzled" actor didn't respect personal space, among other things.

Alas, after the videos were shot, edited and presented, it was time to head to the boardroom.

Although the competition was close this time, in the end, it was Lil' Jon's out-of-the-box commercial idea that beat Team A.S.A.P.'s Marlee Matlin-starring commercial, putting one of the women up for dismissal again.

While it has become tradition this season to send the project manager packing, Trump broke that mold and sent home a team member: Warwick.

Trump was not impressed by the music legend's lack of participation on this challenge, so when she said she wanted to stay after saying that she would fire herself in the boardroom, Trump shut her down.

"Dionne, it wasn't that simple. You did leave and I'm not certain that you asked the project manager for approval," Trump said. "It almost seems like you think everyone is against you...honestly, it's too late. It's really too late. You did the wrong thing. Dionne, you're fired."
