"Star Wars Episode VII" is set for release on Dec. 18, 2015, and is set approximately 30 years after "Return of the Jedi," which followed "Empire" in release. In addition to Daniels returning as C-3PO, Kenny Baker will return as his droid pal R2-D2, as will Peter Mayhew as Chewbacca, with stars Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford and Carrie Fisher also reprising their roles.

On Monday, Entertainment Weekly reported that the cast celebrated the end of principal photography, but that the film still had a few more days of shooting.

And those itching to see some of that footage should take heart: There's an unconfirmed rumor that "Star Wars" musical maestro John Williams, now 82, received trailer footage from "Episode VII" director and writer J.J. Abrams, and will record a score for it mid-month. Until then, stay on target, fans. Fly casual.
