It looks like it really is over between Britney Spears and Isaac Cohen.
Although the couple had had been on-and-off, the “Toxic” singer recently was so smitten with the model that she reportedly was ready to convert to Judaism.
Now, according to Cohen’s spokeswoman, that won’t be necessary. “They are no longer an item,” Brandi Lord, Isaac’s agent at L.A. Models told OK! magazine.
Isaac reportedly broke the news to Spears in a phone call Sunday night, but apparently he’s been looking to get out of the relationship for a while.
“It was a bit much for him,” a friend told the magazine. “There was a lot of drama — it was too much of a whirlwind. It wasn’t one thing in particular. He likes her. They had a good time together. He was doing his best to help her out — but there is only so much one person can do.”
Cohen plans to spend time “hanging out with the guys and riding his dirt bike,” says the buddy, and “focusing on his career.”
Gone to the dogsIs Paris Hilton’s pooch an imposter? Hilton has said that her dog Tinkerbell “is like my daughter” and for a while she was seldom seen without the teacup Chihuahua.
The dog mysteriously disappeared for a few days in 2004, and hasn’t been seen much since then. Recently, however, Hilton appeared on the set of her forthcoming movie, “The Hottie and the Nottie,” carrying a dog she introduced as Tinkerbell.
But the folks at US magazine have compared the pics of the dog with pre-disappearance shots of Tinkerbell, and say that they don’t seem to be the same. “There’s only one Tinkerbell,” Hilton’s rep insists, explaining “The color of Chihuahuas change as they grow older.”
But according to pet expert Charlotte Reed, author of “The Miss Fido Manners Complete Book of Dog Etiquette,” fur may grey with age, but dog nail color stays the same.
“In the older pic, Tinkerbell has a black nail, while in the new one, the nail is white,” she told Us. “I don’t think it’s the same dog.”
