Britney Spears saw her boys for the second time in almost two months on Monday, according to

Spears’ boys with Kevin Federline, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, spent three hours with their mother, the magazine’s Web site reported.

The children were brought to Spears’ Beverly Hills mansion by one of Federline’s bodyguards.

As previously reported, Spears saw her boys on Saturday for the first time since a Jan. 3 stand-off at the pop star’s home.

Spears’ temporary visitation rights with her children were stripped earlier this year by a Los Angeles Court commissioner following the incident. She regained some rights to see her children when her lawyers recently hammered out an arrangement with Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan.

In related news, Spears’ father, Jamie, filed papers at the district court level, arguing against a motion by attorney Jon Eardley that her conservatorship case be moved to federal court.

In the filing, obtained by “Access Hollywood,” Jamie’s legal team argues that the case should not be moved to the federal level because that court does not have jurisdiction. They also cite a ruling by a L.A. Superior Court commissioner on Feb. 5, ordering “that Britney lacks capacity to hire her own counsel.”

Eardley, who claims to represent Spears, filed papers earlier this month asking that her conservatorship case be heard in federal court.

Eardley claims Spears’ civil rights are being violated by the conservatorship.

A federal judge will decide sometime next week if the case should be moved to the federal level.
