On Tuesday night, the 100 most influential people in the world — at least according to Time magazine — gathered for the annual Time 100 Gala, which gave TODAY's Matt Lauer a chance to gather up some fascinating answers to unusual questions when he met up with several of the honorees backstage.

Check out what they had to say!
