If Lindsay Lohan’s life is a train wreck, she’s got no one to blame but her parents. So says LiLo’s former bodyguard Tony Almeida in the latest issue of In Touch.

“Lindsay was a very sweet and talented kid, but she didn’t stand a chance against her parents and the Hollywood system,” he told the magazine.

Sex, drugs and suicide attempts — according to Tony, Lindsay tried it all while underage and under the neglectful watch of her legal guardians, Mom and Dad, the story reports.

Even when her soon-to-be absentee daddy, Michael, did pay attention to Lindsay’s bad behavior, the punishment was worse than the crime.

Annoyed with Lindsay’s late-night whining, the magazine reports that “Michael slammed on the brakes and dragged her out of the car, pushed her up on the hood, screamed at her and called her a slut,” Tony recalls. “I got in the middle of it and pulled him off.”

Like the stand-up dad he is, Michael claims ignorance of the incident. Still, Pops Lohan told In Touch, “If I did do it, if that’s the worst anyone can say about me, then it’s not too bad.” Now that’s fatherly advice you can take to rehab.

Looks like the former Mr. Britney Spears is making an effort not to look like a bad Hollywood daddy. According to TMZ, Kevin Federline’s lawyer hit the courthouse today to file papers with family court. Sources say K-Fed’s looking to increase custody of their wee sons, which the former couple currently share 50/50.

Rumor has it K-Fed’s not too happy about Britney Spears’ highly publicized antics and how they might be hurting his sons. But despite her late night escapades, Britney isn’t exactly leaving the kids at home. US magazine reports her recent late night dining companions included 11-month-old Jayden and 23-month-old Sean Preston. Still, the three did leave the eatery by 10:30 p.m. — that’s early by Britney Time, ya’ll.

Love hurts: Wynonna Judd speaks out
It’s been a rough year for Wynonna Judd, what with hubby D.R. Roach’s March arrest and subsequent indictment on three counts of aggravated sexual assault and battery against a minor. Later that same month she filed for divorce, but it’s only now, in an interview with Ladies Home Journal, that she’s speaking out about how the events have affected herself and her children.

Judd described her initial reaction to the news as “disbelief and shock.” She said, “Those are things that you read about and see on the news about people and you think to yourself, never in my family!

Despite all that’s happened, she still wears her wedding band. “For me, after a 15-year relationship, it is hard to detach overnight. I’m healing in my own time,” she told LHJ. “And so I do wear my ring. And I think what I’m teaching my kids is, this happened. This is where Mom is right now. And there’s always hope.”
