Blake Shelton was joined by girlfriend, team advisor and sometimes-fellow coach Gwen Stefan on "The Voice" Monday night. But this time, she wasn't there to help Team Blake go far in the competition.

Instead, Stefani and Shelton took the stage and showed everyone just how far they've come — personally and professionally — by performing a love song together.

The couple stared at each other as they belted out "Go Ahead and Break My Heart," a song they co-wrote — and one he's referred to as "brutally honest and straightforward," as the title suggests.
