Liverpool, England, is full of Beliebers — and they’re ready to riot!

A rep for Justin Bieber told Access Hollywood that the Canadian singing sensation and his team have been ordered to stay in their hotel or face arrest.

“Justin and his team are being told they can’t leave the hotel and can’t be seen on any balconies or they will be arrested for inciting a riot,” his rep told Access. “They are complying with police demands. Hey it’s Liverpool ... home of the Beatles!”

Earlier on Thursday, Bieber tweeted, “this is crazy. there are like thousands of people out there. love everybody but gonna try and get some sleep. please dont scream. Lol”

The singer is playing the Echo Arena in Liverpool on Friday and then heads to Newcastle, England, on Saturday. Next week, Justin will play three nights at London's O2 Arena.
