The three singers are among the many drumming up support for the “Show Your Hearts” campaign, which encourages others to change their Facebook and Twitter profile picture to an image of hands making a heart shape and to donate money to the orphaned kids via text message or the website.

“Change your profile picture today & make sure to #showyourhearts,” Britney Tweeted, with a photo of herself making a heart shape.
