Ever wonder how Beyoncé gets her killer physique? The "Flawless" singer shared her rigorous workout routine with her 27 million Instagram followers in a seriously impressive video on Wednesday afternoon.
The sped-up clip, set to Survivor's "Eye of the Tiger," sees Queen Bey performing a series of crunches, lunges, jump squats and dumbbell jabs.
Beyoncé, 33, noted in the caption that she was celebrating the fifth anniversary of Michelle Obama's "Let's Move" campaign. The first lady, who launched the campaign to combat childhood obesity in 2010, responded by posting the video on her own Instagram account.
"Double tap if you're ready to work out with @Beyonce! #GimmeFive of your workout drills (or you'll disappoint the Beygency)," she wrote.
The pair previously teamed up for the fitness initiative in 2011, when Bey released "Move Your Body," a remix of her song "Get Me Bodied" that featured kids dancing in a school cafeteria.
