Higgins, we have a problem. In my opinion, "Bachelor" Ben Higgins is in some serious hot water!

Last night on "The Bachelor," Ben broke one of the two biggest unwritten rules of the "Bachelor"/"Bachelorette" franchise.

In case you don't know them, here they are:

Unofficial rules of "The Bachelor":

Rule No. 1: What happens in the fantasy suite, stays in the fantasy suite. Like "Fight Club," you don't talk about it.

There is no amendment to this rule, even if the couple is having breakfast in bed the next morning.

You could have spent the night playing Uno together and talking about your feelings. Who knows what happened once the bedroom door closed?

Rule No. 2: The Bachelor can not express his true feelings until the FINAL EPISODE.

You can be vague, hint at the idea of "falling in love," but you can never say those three powerful words — "I love you" — until you are on one knee and flashing a Neil Lane diamond ring.

Last night Ben broke rule No. 2. And he didn't just break the rule, he demolished it.

In last night's episode, with three girls still competing for Ben's heart, he said "I love you" to two of them! Multiple times!

First he told Lauren B. he was in love with her.

In fact — to my count — he told her he loved her four times during last night's episode.

Then, the very next day, he went on a date with JoJo ... and you guessed it. He told her that he loved her! And she was so shocked she replied "Are you allowed to say that?"

See! Even JoJo knows the rules!

Here's the problem with all this rule breaking. I do appreciate that he's living in the moment and expressing his feelings but one of these girls is going to be absolutely devastated at the final rose ceremony.

Can you imagine being blindsided like that?

Last night Ben said: "I don't know how I can be in love with two women, but I am."

All I hope is that whoever ends up crying in the limo during the season finale becomes the next "Bachelorette"!
