"Bachelor" fans have eagerly anticipated Ben Higgins' return to the franchise, and the wait is almost over.
The good-natured software salesman, who was booted from Season 11 of "The Bachelorette" in its ninth week, takes center stage on Season 20 of "The Bachelor," which premieres Jan. 4 — and a new trailer gives viewers a first look at his reign on the popular series.
The 30-second video shows the hunky star suited up and grinning as he clutches a rose. "This season, we're giving you the perfect 10," a voiceover proclaims, quickly adding, "I mean perfect Ben."
Not much is revealed about the 25 women vying for his affection, though the clip does briefly feature a set of blond twins with a penchant for sequins and speaking in unison.

Higgins, 27, was announced as the next "Bachelor" during an episode of "After Paradise" in August.
"It's incredible," he told host Chris Harrison. "People like me don't get opportunities like this, and I never would have thought that this opportunity would be something I could have and I'm excited. Everything leading up to this has just been incredible."
