BFFs Ben Affleck and Matt Damon go way back — and Affleck can prove it.
For instance, over the weekend, when Damon took part in a Twitter Australia Q&A to promote his new "Jason Bourne" movie, his pal was quick to write in with an #AskBourne question of his own, complete with an embarrassing '80s throwback photo of the action star attached.
The vintage pic featured a young Damon sporting a particularly fluffy hairstyle and a too-cool leather jacket.
"This next question is from a guy called Ben," the interviewer said, teeing up Affleck's inquiry.

"If you could go back in time, what advice would you give this guy?" the tweet read.
"That's nice of him," Damon chuckled with distinct note of sarcasm.
But always the good sport in the face of a friendly prank, Damon played along.
"Clearly, that guy is going to be nothing but a major success," he said as he gazed on his own 1988 headshot. "I mean, look at the hair alone."

We can't wait to see what photos Damon has of Affleck from the old days — surely it's just a matter of time until we do.
