The "Men Tell All" special of "The Bachelorette" aired Monday night, reuniting Kaitlyn Bristowe with all of Season 11's jilted suitors, and reminding viewers of early contestants they may have forgotten. (Hi there, Corey!).

1. Ian apologized to Kaitlyn, viewers ... and America.

Ian (the self-described "Princeton graduate, former model that defied death and has been around the world a couple of times") wasn't exactly known for his humility, but the executive recruiter returned to make amends for his arrogant attitude, even getting down on his knees.

"I think it's clear that this was certainly a season that was full of tension and emotions," he said. "In the end, I said things that I really wish that I hadn't, and I really regret the way that I left, and I really regret the things I said, and I really regret the way I made Kaitlyn feel, and I'm sorry. I'm getting down on my knees to say I'm sorry, because I'm sorry to Kaitlyn, I'm sorry to her family and I'm sorry, very importantly, to her mother. ... The things that were said on the show, I think, were certainly not representative of who I am. I'm saying I'm sorry to America, and I'm sorry to the people in the audience who were offended by things that I said."

2. Ben Z. revealed what went wrong.

Staging a traditional Irish wake was "supposed to be a really fun day" — according to Chris Harrison — but the curious choice of group-date activity wasn't much fun for Ben Z., who lost his mom to cancer at age 14.

"Leading up to Ireland, I thought everything was great, but something happened in Ireland that forced me to close off a little bit," he revealed. "That caused me to lock up a little bit more. That was hard for me. It doesn't matter how much time has passed. As much as my walls came down, they came back up very quickly during that week."

3. Ben H. revealed what went wrong.

Fan favorite Ben H. told Harrison he was eliminated simply because Kaitlyn had stronger chemistry with remaining contestants Nick and Shawn.

"She had stronger feelings for two other guys," he said, going on to describe the moment that kept him from pursuing the relationship harder: "Shawn and I were roommates in San Antonio, and I was in a little cot on the side of the room and he had this big, old king bed. All of a sudden, we hear a door open up and it's Kaitlyn. She had snuck down to our room. She got away from all the cameras and microphones, and we're both ecstatic to see her. I think just because Shawn was in the king bed she hopped in bed with him, and was sitting on the bed."

After the trio hung out for several hours, Ben took a shower and returned to find that "something had happened that I wasn't welcome to," though he wasn't sure exactly what that was. "I knew at that moment I was the outsider in that room. That definitely pulled things back for me," he said. "I didn't want to get hurt."

4. Kaitlyn addressed her cyberbullies.

"I really like to think of myself as a tough person and I'm so fine with people disagreeing with me or having their opinions. But spreading hate the way people have been is not OK," she told Harrison, who read aloud some shockingly nasty tweets directed at Bristowe.

"I like to think it doesn't matter what people think about me, and I'm going to be who I am, no matter what," she added. "But when it's thousands and thousands of comments pouring in of people hating — I get death threats — that hurts."

5. Ben H. called out Kaitlyn for telling Shawn about Nick — but not telling him.

After Kaitlyn spent the night with latecomer Nick, she opted to tell Shawn about the intimate encounter, but not Ben H. "I really tried to compartmentalize each relationship," she explained. "They're all different, so for me, where I was at with Shawn, I felt some responsibility to be honest with him. He has expressed to me that trust is important to him."

Harrison shot back, "So, it wasn't with Ben H.?" to which she replied, "That's not something I would've hid from anyone," apologizing for the omission. She later told the group, "You guys, try and date this many people at one time and don’t make a mistake and have it all televised. I dare you. It's hard.”
