After partying separately and hooking up publicly with other people for some time, Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley are officially single.

A Los Angeles judge signed off on their divorce yesterday after the two agreed to terms of the split. The legal OK came just over a year after they filed for divorce.
Thanks to a prenup, both singers are off the hook for spousal support, according to the dissolution of marriage filed yesterday in L.A. Superior Court.
They were married in July 2006 in Montecito, Calif., and split three years later, citing irreconcilable differences. Lavigne had listed their separation date as Sept. 4, 2009, and had sent a message to fans on her website about "moving forward on a positive note."
Whibley has since been spotted with model Hannah Beth Merjos, while Lavigne hooked up with Hills heartthrob Brody Jenner last February--those two have become so serious that they've each gotten tattooed with the other's name.
Now that's amor.
