It's April Fools' Day! Leave it to Hollywood's most fun-loving celebrities to pull some of the day's best pranks. Here are a few of our faves!

Regular viewers of Ellen DeGeneres' daytime talk show know the comedian can't resist a practical joke. DeGeneres shared this Photoshopped Instagram pic of her show's "guest" today, Her Majesty, the queen of England. Cheerio, indeed!

Gwen Stefani spoofed her Instagram fans by sharing this ultrasound shot and the caption, "It's a girl!"

The baby prank is even funnier in light of recent tabloid articles claiming the "Used To Love You" singer and her beau, country singer and fellow "Voice" judge Blake Shelton, are expecting.

John Stamos teamed up with Netflix for the ultimate practical joke — Netflix's entire site has been transformed into a celebration of all things Stamos.

Netflix users who log on today are greeted by an entire menu of Stamos's picks in categories like "Popular Like John Stamos Was in High School" and "TV Comedies That Manage to Be Funny Even Though Stamos Isn't in Them."
