"Men In Trees" actress Anne Heche is separating from her husband, the star's publicist confirmed today.Heche and her husband, cameraman Coleman Laffoon, have been married for five years. They have one child — a son named Homer.This is Heche's second public split. She left girlfriend Ellen DeGeneres for Laffoon, whom she met when he joined a documentary that was being filmed about Ellen's return to stand-up comedy.Reports are surfacing that Heche's relationship with her co-star in the ABC hit, James Tupper — known as "McTreemy" — may be the reason behind the split.Representatives for Heche would not discuss reasons behind her separation.
Tupper's publicist had no statement.
ABC has no plans to issue a statement, a representative for the network told Access Hollywood.Heche previously dated Steve Martin.
