The zombies are coming! The zombies are coming! AMC announced Friday at Comic-Con that its hit series "The Walking Dead" is set to kick off season three on Oct. 14. Eight episodes will air before the show takes a little midseason break, and "Dead" returns again in February for the second half of the season.
