A very pregnant Alicia Keys isn't slowing down in the concrete jungle. The Grammy-winning singer was spotted out and about in New York's Soho neighborhood on Wednesday. Keys confirmed in May that she is pregnant with her first child with husband and producer Swizz Beatz (he has two sons from previous relationships). The couple, who have been together since fall 2008, married this summer in a ceremony presided over by their friend Dr. Deepak Chopra. Keys is due to have her baby this fall.
