If only she was smoking up in the basement, this might've been avoided.

Lisa Robin Kelly, whose biggest claim to fame is being fired from That '70s Show for her troubling offscreen antics, has made a sad reentry into the spotlight thanks to an awful mug shot from a recent DUI bust.

Kelly pleaded guilty to misdemeanor drunken driving in Mecklenburg, N.C., last month, E! News has confirmed.

According to a court clerk, the 40-year-old Kelly entered her plea on Nov. 5. She was sentenced to one day in jail (she got credit for time served and didn't log any additional time) and was placed on unsupervised probation for 12 months. She also had to pay $143 in court costs.

Kelly was busted on Aug. 21 when Mecklenburg's finest pulled her over and cited her for driving while impaired and driving with an open container.

Best known for playing Topher Grace's older, evil sister on That '70s Show, Kelly was dumped from the sitcom because of her substance-abuse issues and replaced by Christina Moore. She has only appeared in one film since, The Food Chain: A Hollywood Scarytale.
