Watch: Couple reunited with stolen dog while visiting Memphis

A surveillance camera captured someone stealing a Canadian couple’s dog from their car while they were having dinner during a trip to Memphis, Tennessee. Through a series of tips, police safely located the missing dog and returned her to her owners in a tearful reunion. NBC’s Kevin Tibbles reports.
