They may call him Twinkie but don't let his sweet name fool you — this dog means serious business when it comes to popping balloons.

The Jack Russell terrier from California, and owner Doree Sitterly, broke the Guinness World Record for the fastest time to pop 100 balloons on Tuesday when he completed the daring challenge in just 39.08 seconds!

The quick-footed pup beat the previous record of 41.67 seconds, set in 2015 by Mitch Jenkins and Cally the Wonder Dog on Britain's Got Talent.

It's safe to say Twinkie has the balloon-popping skill in his genes. His mother, Anastasia (who is also owned by Sitterly), previously held this record for seven years, setting it and breaking it herself two times between 2005 and 2015, according to Guinness.
