Hamster butts have the Internet -- and KLG and Hoda -- going crazy

Hamsters are becoming a social media trend, not for their furry face or adorable tiny size, but rather for their butts. Yes, you read that correctly.

Photos of hamsters' tiny derrieres have become a viral trend in Japan, where two books on hamster tushes have been published, as reported by The Wall Street Journal. There is even a word in the Japanese language for hamster butts — hameketsu — and there's an entire Facebook page devoted to their bums.
