This new dad found a novel new way to propose to his girlfriend — enlisting the help of their newborn.

It was a double dose of happiness for Lisa Keogh, an Australian mom who gave birth to Conan Patrick Kelleher on Friday.

The 9-pound, 7-ounce baby was soon transformed into a cute messenger at the request of his father, Paudie Kelleher.

Conan’s tiny onesie read: “Will you marry my daddy?”

The photo, which Keogh posted on her Facebook page, has gone viral, with almost 60,000 “likes” and more than 700 messages of congratulations.

“What an amazing day, gave birth to our beautiful baby boy,” Keogh, who lives in Sydney, wrote on Facebook.

“To top it all of Paudie proposed, happiest day of my life.”

And yes... she said yes.

Some commenters took the opportunity to send a hint to their romantic partner that they’d welcome a similar surprise when their baby is born. Onesie designers, take note!
