A video from a San Diego-based dance studio has shown that the formula for new moms having fun with their babies is simple: line dancing + Sugar Ray.

The clip showing babies and moms in a class at GroovaRoo Dance, an urban soul line dancing studio run by a California couple, has been viewed more than three million times on Facebook.

With their babies strapped to them like little Joeys, the new moms have fun with a choreographed dance to the 1997 Sugar Ray hit "Fly."

The small dance school is run by Meeshi Ravi Anjali and his wife, Amber, who will soon be dancing with a baby of her own as they are expecting a boy.

They are "overwhelmed" with all the attention the video has received, according to theirFacebook page.

Meeshi's background is in multicultural dances, which he has taught for more than 20 years, while Amber is a birth doula, nanny and postnatal yoga instructor.

They combined their two passions into GroovaRoo Dance, helping moms bond with their babies, get some exercise and make 19-year-old hit songs fun again.
