TODAY viewers wrote in to tell us that they love play kitchens because "budding chefs can try their hand at frying plastic hamburgers and pouring pretend milk." And, depending on the model, kids can also "talk on the phone, store play food in their imaginary refrigerator, and serve friends and siblings a tasty meal of cupcakes, ketchup and eggs," complete with "colorful place settings." Play kitchens allow kids to "immerse themselves in make-believe" while "acting just like their parents — an activity all little ones enjoy cooking up."
