Education reformer Geoffrey Canada, founder of the Promise Academy Charter Schools and CEO of the Harlem Children's Zone, is waging a crusade to make a palpable, positive difference in Harlem. One of the subjects of a compelling new documentary, "Waiting for 'Superman'," Canada's determination to affect the education system from within has made him a hero of his community. His commitment to the learning process starts with new mothers and extends to his former students until they've successfully graduated from college. Meredith Viera visited Canada at the Harlem Children's Zone to find out why his charter schools are beating the odds and actively thriving.
