Jessica Alba is one mom who knows what it's like to juggle work and family.

The 34-year-old actress and entrepreneur runs her own billion-dollar business — the non-toxic product line The Honest Company — while raising daughters Honor, 7, and Haven, 4, with husband Cash Warren.

Of course, finding balance is not always easy, as Alba recently told Parents Latina magazine. Alba confessed she sometimes feels "mom guilt" when her business takes up all of her energy. That's when she presses pause for a bit of self-care — something she urges other stressed-out moms to do as well.

Her advice? “Don’t be hard on yourself. Doing your best to be present wherever you are is what’s important."

"Make time to eat healthy and stay active. It’s worth it to recharge once a week: Get sleep, have a date night or girls’ night in, and drink some wine!”

The businesswoman also shared a few pro tips for moms who dream of being entrepreneurs. "Don’t get overwhelmed trying to do everything at once. Lay out what you can get done now and what will take longer."

And don't give up, said Alba. Rejection is part of the process.

"When your initial pitch is rejected as much as mine was, the thought of giving up altogether crosses your mind."

"Fortunately, being an actress prepares you well for rejection. I had to be patient to get that ultimate ‘yes.’ If I believe in something, one ‘yes’ is worth a million no’s."
