These black-clad ninjas break wrists and crack jaws. They shatter glass windows with their bodies.

Oh, and they battle fiercely with…vacuums. Yup, it’s the cast from ‘Bad Moms,’ a video parody of Taylor Swift’s "Bad Blood" music video, and it’s the latest from mom blogger Deva Dalporto, who sheds light on the ridiculousness that is the mommy wars.

Watch out T-Swift: These tough-looking ninja moms are the starts of the 'Bad Mom' parody video.Deva Dalporto

Pitting stay-at-home moms against working moms, Dalporto and her gang riff on the T-Swift glam crew cast (Selena Gomez, Karlie Kloss, Cindy Crawford) in "Bad Blood," but instead of tight leather get-ups, they wear yoga pants and leotards.

And their words are about real battles.

Such as Attachment Parents versus Formula Moms:

Oh, it's so sad you don't breasfeed

Formula's fine

And Pinterest Moms vs. Non-crafty Moms:

Cause mama you're just a bad mom

You're on Pinterest all day long

You never craft with your spawn

And the Vaccinators vs. the Non-vaccine Moms:

Band-aids don't cure the measles

My kids won't get pricked with needles

If you feed them like that they'll never grow

You judge, you compare and you make your own playdoh

Deva Dalporto, the brains behind the Bad Moms video.

Dalporto says she was inspired to make the video because the mommy wars just make her sad.

“Motherhood is hard enough without us ripping one another to shreds for our choices,” says the mom of two, who blogs at My Life Suckers.

When she saw Swift’s “Bad Blood” video, Dalporto said she could see a direct comparison to mothers.

“We're so hard on each other. We're so judgmental. I've been guilty of judging other parents. I think we all have. And it's doesn't help anyone,” she said. “We're all just trying to do the best we can and ultimately, in the end, all we want is to love our children and give them the best possible life. That's really the message of my entire blog. Be kind. Do your best. Don't judge. Especially don't judge yourself.”

In the video, the lyrics point to the idea that moms really have more in common than we think:

We sang the ABCs you and me, remember that? You both give TLC and make great snacks.

She adds that this video was one she’s had the most fun making with her friends, especially the fight scenes.

“Shockingly no injuries were sustained during the fight scene. Although I have to admit I was so sore the next day I could barely walk. I'm too old for this stuff!”
