When Hoda Kotb brought supplies to set up a lemonade stand during a visit to Philadelphia this past weekend, she knew she would have a salesperson too cute for anyone to resist.

She went to see Leah Still, 5, the daughter of NFL defensive lineman Devon Still and one of the stars of the Sarah Bareilles and Cyndi Lauper video "Truly Brave" put together by Kotb that raised more than $500,000 for the American Cancer Society.

The two friends and Still's grandmother created a pop-up lemonade stand in the lobby of Leah's apartment building and did some brisk business.

"Lots of people in the lobby bought lemonade,'' Kotb said on TODAY Monday. "It was only 50 cents, but they paid $5 for it."

When they weren't selling lemonade, they were singing along to one of Leah's favorite songs, Meghan Trainor's "All About That Bass."

Leah has become a public face in the fight against pediatric cancer since being diagnosed with Stage IV neuroblastoma in June 2014. She was given a 50-50 chance to live.

Her latest cancer scan in July came back negative as she continues her inspiring recovery. Her father said on TODAY earlier this month that she ''has made a complete 180" in her fight against cancer.

"She's a great little girl,'' Kotb said. "She had to go back in the hospital for treatments (on Monday), but she's feeling good and we love her."
