Actually the mothers and daughters aren't paired up in that pic. Dakota Johnson, whose movie-star mom is Melanie Griffith, has her arm around actress Goldie Hawn on the left side of the shot. As for Hawn's girl, Kate Hudson, she's cuddled up with Griffith on the right.
