It took a few days to decide on something fitting, but new parents Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald have decided on a name for their child: Spurgeon Elliot Seewald.
The couple revealed the name for their son, born on Nov. 5, on their website, www.seewaldfamily.com, as well as on TLC.com.
The newborn is named after the 19th century British preacher Charles Spurgeon, whose sermons and writings had a large impact on the couple, Ben explained in a video. The baby's middle name, meanwhile, honors the late Jim and Elisabeth Elliot, missionaries who worked in South America.
"We want to give him a strong name, with a lot of meaning," Jessa told People.
Added Ben: "He is going to have this name for the rest of his life."
The couple also opened up to the magazine about the difficult labor Jessa experienced, one that resulted with her needing a post-delivery blood transfusion.

The couple know they already want more children and would like to adopt their next addition, they told People. However, they have no plans to follow a "letter theme," like how all 19 children in Jessa's family have names that begin with "J."
