She's famous for playing a sarcastic and deadly tribute in the "Hunger Games" films, but Jena Malone has a much more thrilling adventure ahead of her — motherhood.
The 31-year-old actress took to Instagram Wednesday to share the happy news.
"Womb to womb / To beating wing / I climbed out of the eternal / And into the shape of me," the caption read. "Some words I wrote years ago when I was thinking about my own mother. And the woman she was when she had me. And the woman I was reaching to become."
The photo, taken by Malone's partner, musician and photographer Ethan DeLorenzo, shows her in profile and reveals her growing baby bump, or as she put it: "the new shape I am becoming to hold the greatest dream of them all."

DeLorenzo shared a photo on his account from the same shoot, in which Malone leans against a tree and places one hand below her belly.
"My family," he wrote in the caption. "@jenamalone and my child to be."
This will be the first child for the couple.
