Gwyneth Paltrow's beauty routine involves getting voluntarily stung by bees. And yes, she's a certified lime hoarder.

But everyone has their foibles, do they not?

And while we won't be emulating most of her daily regimen anytime soon, we could get down with her latest workout endorsement: toddlerography.

That's right: The 43-year-old flaxen-haired actress followed in the footsteps of Jenna Dewan Tatum when she joined James Corden Tuesday on "The Late Late Show" to sweat it out alongside — er, behind — some rambunctious little kids.

Wearing sweatbands and skintight outfits, Paltrow and Corden prep for the workout with a quick tête-à-tête: "Just don't look her in the eye," Paltrow advises, referring to the first of several (kid) instructors to walk in the aerobics studio.

What follows is a series of hip thrusts, high kicks, dizzying spins and floor rolls that would make even Beyoncé quake in her boots. Paltrow and Corden try desperately to keep up with the toddlers, mimicking their every move.

Of course, no exercise class is complete without an (apple) juice after the fact.

Paltrow summed it up nicely, juice in hand: "That was intense."
