Fifteen years ago, Elizabeth Smart was rescued after a 9-month kidnapping ordeal during which she was chained in the woods and repeatedly raped by her captors. Now she narrates a new Lifetime movie, "I Am Elizabeth Smart." On Megyn Kelly TODAY, Smart tells Megyn, "I wanted to be an answer for so many victims who are asked, 'Why didn't you run?'"
